About me
Harietta Elé is a writer, healthcare innovator, and mother, working at the intersection of science, technology, and human experience.
She currently serves as the Managing Partner of Olea Venture Partners, a venture capital fund investing in early stage healthcare and life sciences companies.
A Career Focused on Impact
Over the past two decades, Harietta has worked across research, consulting, and leadership roles in organizations including Deloitte and the UK healthcare system.
Her work has consistently centered on one question:
how can we improve people’s lives in a meaningful and lasting way?
From designing systems to advancing the use of AI in healthcare, her career reflects a commitment to combining scientific rigor with real-world human impact.

Becoming a mother brought that question closer to home.
Living between London and Athens, Harietta experienced firsthand the realities of raising a child in today’s world — a world filled with opportunity, but also constant speed, distraction, and noise.
This shift prompted a deeper reflection on childhood, connection, and what truly matters in the early years of life.

Harietta has been writing since childhood. Motherhood gave her writing a clearer purpose. It brought into focus the kind of world she hopes children can grow up in: simpler, warmer, more connected, and more meaningful. Publishing these stories became a way to share that vision with other families.
